This guide walks you through the assembly and installation of your EcoSmart Fire Gin 90 tables, to ensure a secure, stable, and safe installation.

Installation

1. Confirm you have received all necessary parts.

Recommended minimum 2 person installation.

2. These models come with Ground Fixing Brackets so they can be installed in a fixed position. Follow the instructions supplied with the Ground Fixing Brackets to complete the installation of the product.

3. Carefully align the Gin 90 top and table base. Ensure the 6 fixing points are aligned.

4. Concrete models only: Using a wrench, install the provided washers and Hex bolts to the provisions.

4a. Teak models only: Disassemble the nut and bolt sets. Insert the flange bolts from the underneath of the table top where the fixing positions are aligned. Insert washer and bolt with the thread facing inwards.

4b. Teak models only: Once the bolts have been fully pushed through its fixing positions, install the washer and secure tightly using the wing nut.

4c. If your model comes with a metal tray, insert into the base.

5. For Indoor Installations insert the Indoor Safety Tray. The appliance must not be operated indoors without the Safety Tray installed.

For outdoor installation go to Step 6.

6. Insert Burner into model.

7. Glass Fire Screen Installation. (If applicable).

To assemble the Glass Fire Screens, refer to the assembly manual supplied with your glass fire screen. Do this prior to spreading decorative media within the tray.

Carefully (recommend 2 persons) place the assembled glass fire screen into the table recess, center the glass screens to the burner.

If included as a standard part, the appliance must not be operated without the glass screen installed.

8. Add glass charcoal around the burner - be careful not to scratch the burner surface.

Do not place glass charcoal on top of the burner or where they can interfere with the operation of the burner or the flame.

DO NOT STORE FLAMMABLE LIQUIDUNDER TABLE.

CAUTION: No other items should be stored within the Table Base cavity while the fire is in operation.

Operate according to the Burner Operations Manual included with the burner.
