When Daniel Vandenbark walked into this newly built loft-style condominium in Houston Texas, he knew exactly where a fireplace should be positioned. “The second I walked in, I knew this particular wall would be ideal,” Daniel says. “It would mean you could see the glow of the fire from the TV room and surrounding living spaces.”

Designed by Marco DiMaccio, principle designer at PUNCHouse Design Group, this residence has become the first ever energy neutral home in Santa Monica, California, with two EcoSmart XL900 burners amongst the more visible eco-friendly technologies incorporated.

For almost 30 years, the Calamvale Hotel in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, Australia has been a favourite with locals. With the passing of the years, the hotel was in need of a makeover, and architectural firm Brand + Slater was commissioned to refurbish the interiors, redefine the existing outdoor terrace and add a distinctive extension to modernise the hotel.
When Brian Meyerson Architects (BMA) was tasked with designing a restaurant themed around fire and bold flames, Ecosmart Fire burners fitted the bill.
