A multi-view peninsula fireplace delivers a flame to multiple rooms.
Designed as a room divider, the Peninsula Fireplace Insert features three open sides, enabling the mesmerising flame to be viewed from any direction - the front, back and open side.
The three transparent sides create an eye-catching focal point and provide the perfect solution to heating multiple rooms, to integrating within commercial/hospitality spaces and dividing open floor plans.
The Flex 140PN.BX2 includes a design that features Decorative Boxes on either side of the firebox. This 2 Box-design boasts an attractive visual symmetry while the glass panels that divide the Decorative Boxes and the Firebox create an uninterrupted, streamlined look.
One of the longest flames available in the Flex Series is created by using 2 of our ever-popular XL1200 Burners. With an overall heating capacity of 130m2 this appliance is best suited to large open spaces - think hotel lobby, large open plan restaurants.
Each burner holds 10L of fuel, and can deliver a stunning flame for up to 14 hours.

Choose from over 219 single sided, double sided, bay, peninsula, island, and bench fireplace styles at multiple lengths. Unlike gas fireplaces or traditional wood burning fireplaces, EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplace inserts require no venting, no gas line, no electricity - eliminating the need and cost of three sub contractors. Simply secure the ethanol fireplace insert in the framework, finish the surround, and it’s ready for use. Do I need to service my ethanol fireplace in any way?
Yes, normal maintenance and care is very important! Instructions are included in the Installation, Operating and Maintenance Manual supplied with your EcoSmart Fire product.
What is bioethanol fuel?
Bioethanol (also known as methylated spirits or simply ethanol) is a form of renewable energy. It’s a clear, colourless liquid that’s commonly made from fermenting the sugar and starch components of plant by-products like sugarcane and grain crops.
What are the benefits of a zero clearance ethanol fireplace insert?
EcoSmart Fire’s Flex Fireplace Series has the necessary clearances to combustible frame components already built-in meaning they can be framed with wood studs. This gives you the freedom to install your ethanol fireplace insert in small and unique spaces. How does an ethanol fireplace work?
EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces are self-contained, burning bioethanol fuel that is housed within the stainless steel container. A flame regulator controls and stabilizes the flame.
